If you cancel for any of the first 28 justified reasons listed in the policy that prevent you from starting your trip, such as serious health issues, legal summons, work-related unforeseen events and other specific events. See the list here .

If you cancel due to other unforeseen events beyond your control that prevent you from starting your trip, you can recover 80% of the prepaid amount, provided that you present proof issued by a recognized person or entity. See the list here .

You can cancel the reservation and request a refund according to the cancellation conditions of the policy.
We show you the STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Cancel your hotel reservation and request an invoice for the prepaid amount.
   
   
2. Contact the insurer by providing your insurance reference, through the EA Claims website:
   https://e-financera.eclaims.europ-assistance.com
   You can access this by clicking on “Request a new refund” to create your own request and track the subsequent process. You must register with your email address to log in as many times as you need.
   
   
3. The insurer, after reviewing all the documentation provided, will contact you as soon as possible. (This refund will be made ONLY when the cause of the cancellation is covered by one of the 30 reasons listed above).
